Kassouf & Co. in Auburn, Alabama is seeking a talented individual to join their tax team. You will prepare complex tax returns, assist in engagements, and build strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a BA or BS in Accounting, an active CPA license, and 2–5 years of public accounting experience. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of public accounting experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare complex tax returns for businesses including S‑corporations, C‑corporations, partnerships, and non‑profits.
• Review the preparation of income tax returns prepared by associates.
• Assist with the coordination of engagements, including client contact, staff requirements, documentation, and timing.
• Work with more experienced team members to research and solve difficult tax issues.
• Supervise activities of less experienced team members.
• Build strong client relationships to be viewed as a trusted advisor.
• Promote the firm and attract new clients.
