Job summary

A nationally recognized CPA firm is seeking a tax professional to prepare complex business tax returns and mentor junior staff. This role focuses on building client relationships and resolving complex tax issues. Ideal candidates hold a BA/BS in Accounting, an active CPA preferred, and possess strong communication and analytical skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support special projects and supervise less experienced team members.

• Review tax work prepared by Associates and provide guidance to ensure accuracy and quality
• Coordinate engagements by managing client communication, documentation, deadlines, and staff workflow
• Research and resolve complex tax issues in collaboration with senior team members
• Support special projects and supervise less experienced team members
• Build strong client relationships and develop into a trusted advisor
• Contribute to firm growth efforts by helping promote services and expand existing client relationships

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or related field
• Active CPA strongly preferred
