Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field.
• 3-6 years of experience
• Experience working on returns of multiple types, including substantial experience with high net worth individual returns
• CPA or pursuing CPA degree required
• Master in Tax is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and review of quarterly and annual income tax provisions for business and individual clients.
• Manage the preparation and review of individual, corporate, partnership and fiduciary federal, state and local income tax returns and other business-related filings.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.
• Review quarterly/yearly tax projections.
