Leoforce is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant in Highland Heights, KY. You will prepare and review tax returns for individuals, businesses, trusts, and nonprofits while mentoring junior staff.

You will handle complex tax issues, develop planning strategies, respond to tax notices, and manage multiple client engagements with deadlines. Remote work flexibility is available as part of a hybrid role.

Formación

• CPA or EA designation required.
• Minimum five years of recent public accounting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review individual, business, trust, and nonprofit tax returns.
• Review tax work prepared by junior team members for technical accuracy.
• Research complex tax issues and provide practical solutions for clients.
• Develop proactive tax planning strategies for individuals and closely held businesses.
• Respond to IRS and state tax notices and assist with tax resolution matters.
• Work with client accounting records and make necessary adjustments.
• Mentor and train less experienced accounting professionals.
• Manage multiple client engagements while meeting deadlines.
• Participate in networking, business development, and community organizations.
• Deliver educational presentations on tax topics as opportunities arise.
