Manager "in a year or two" has a way of staying a year or two away. This Dallas tax practice has grown 20 percent a year for three years, so it needs Seniors picking up review now, with Manager as the goal. $100,000 to $120,000, hybrid.

It's an independent CPA firm of around 100 people. Big enough for broader exposure and real structure, small enough that good work gets noticed rather than absorbed.

From a smaller firm, this opens up more complex work and a stronger platform. From a larger one, it's a far more personal environment without losing the technical depth you've built.
