Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a rapidly growing global infrastructure company to hire a Senior Tax Accountant to join its corporate tax team. This role offers broad exposure to domestic and international tax matters, including tax compliance, income tax reporting, tax accounting, and strategic tax initiatives.

Working closely with tax leadership, external advisors, and cross-functional business partners, this position provides an excellent opportunity to deepen technical knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of corporate income tax experience.
• Exposure to ASC 740 and income tax accounting concepts.
• Experience with U.S. federal/state tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support worldwide income tax compliance across U.S. federal, state, and international jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors for filing of income tax returns and extensions.
• Prepare and review tax workpapers for returns, estimates, and compliance obligations.
• Assist with ASC 740 provisions, deferred taxes, and disclosures.
• Maintain income tax account reconciliations and research items as needed.
• Assist in tax audits, notices, and information requests from authorities.
• Support international tax reporting processes and planning initiatives.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and international teams for data gathering.
