Job Juncture is pleased to help connect you with an opportunity to join the corporate tax team of a growing, highly profitable BILLION-DOLLAR global company in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. The role offers a base salary of $80K-$105K plus a 10% bonus and a hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days from home).

You will review federal and state returns, prepare estimates and provisions, and gain exposure to international tax, with a comprehensive benefits package and potential path to Tax

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of federal/state corporate income tax experience.
• Strong Form 1120 experience.
• Public accounting and/or corporate tax background.
• Tax compliance and provision experience.
• Onesource experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Review federal and state corporate income tax returns, including Form 1120.
• Prepare and review federal and state estimated tax payments.
• Prepare workpapers for book-to-tax differences.
• Prepare and review quarterly and year-end tax provisions.
• Review tax work prepared by outside service providers.
• Research federal and state tax laws and filing requirements.
• Gain exposure to international and other areas of corporate tax.
