Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA license or active pursuit preferred.
• 3–5+ years public accounting experience, including tax.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
• Assist with financial statement compilations and reviews.
• Serve as in-charge on client engagements, managing timelines and deliverables.
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Support and advise business owners to enhance company value.
• Train, mentor, and coach staff accountants.
