Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in tax accounting, including individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with tax software is a plus.
• Ability to work in‑office

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize clients’ tax liabilities.
