KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting seeks a Tax Accountant in Boston to join its Tax Services group. The role involves preparing complex individual and fiduciary income tax returns, researching applicable tax laws, and supporting audits and tax compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of fiduciary tax experience, strong communication skills, and a BS degree; MBA or CPA is preferred. Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of individual fiduciary tax experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• BS Degree required.
• MBA or CPA desired.

Responsabilités

• Prepare individual and fiduciary tax returns.
• Process 1040 and 1041 forms.
• Research tax data for value analysis.
• Prepare and process tax returns.
• Work with auditors and assessors on audits.
• Process tax bills and manage funding transfers.
• Prepare journal entries and assist in monthly close.
• Research and interpret financial data for tax compliance.
