You will prepare and review tax filings, perform reconciliations, assist with audits, and collaborate with accounting, finance, and technology teams to improve tax processes and reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of corporate tax, public accounting, or related tax compliance experience.
• Experience with federal, state, and international income tax reporting and compliance.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with tax prep or financial systems.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax filings, compliance reports, and schedules across multiple jurisdictions.
• Perform tax reconciliations, fixed asset analyses, and depreciation calculations with detailed documentation.
• Assist with tax audits by gathering records and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Research tax issues and support proper application of tax regulations and reporting.
• Partner with accounting, finance, and technology teams to improve tax processes and system efficiency.
