Still stuck on the simple files while someone else gets the interesting ones? At this Dallas firm Seniors work on complex individual and business returns from the start, hybrid, for $100,000 to $120,000.

The tax practice has grown 20 percent a year for three straight years, which means a steady flow of harder work and room for another experienced Senior who wants it.

You'll mix preparation with growing review responsibility as you develop. It's the structure of an established firm, still independent, with less day to day supervision once you've shown what you can do.
