Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in tax accounting and compliance, preferably with public accounting exposure.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Master’s Degree in Accounting or Tax preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with state audit requests and coordinate with state auditors regarding tax issues.
• Research and implement applicable IRS and state regulations.
• Prepare and review work papers, calculations and forms for Federal and state tax compliance.
• Review Federal and state income tax returns, including consolidated/combined returns.
• Analyze tax provisions and related disclosures in financial statements.
