Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA and/or MST preferred.
• 3+ years of tax experience; international tax experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and international tax concepts and regulations.
• Experience with tax preparation software and tax research tools.
• Familiarity with ASC 740 and income tax provision processes preferred.
• Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other financial technology tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare international tax compliance filings, including Forms 5471 and 8858.
• Prepare federal and state income tax returns and supporting workpapers.
• Support income tax provision activities, including ASC 740 calculations and related documentation.
• Compute earnings and profits, tested income, and other tax calculations in accordance with federal tax regulations.
• Prepare and reconcile book-to-tax adjustments and deferred tax schedules.
• Assist with return-to-provision calculations and tax reporting processes.
• Support responses to tax audits, notices, and regulatory inquiries.
• Participate in tax planning and special projects as assigned.
• Assist with the implementation and optimization of tax technology and automation solutions.
• Maintain accurate tax records and documentation to support compliance requirements.
