Job summary

Quaker Houghton in Conshohocken, PA, is seeking a Tax Provision Analyst to own the US and international tax provision process and related accounting analyses.

You will prepare quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provisions, assist with current and deferred tax expense analyses and journal entries, and support financial statement disclosures and SOX controls. Collaboration with Finance, Treasury and external service providers is essential, and you’ll participate in strategic tax projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or tax required.
• Experience with ASC 740 tax provisions preferred.
• Strong analytical and research skills in tax accounting.

Responsibilities
