The role is hybrid with a base salary up to $105K. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Accounting, a Master’s in Taxation or CPA license, and 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Master's in Taxation or CPA license is preferred.
• 3+ years of recent tax experience in public accounting is required.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state tax laws.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Perform technical tax research and document findings.
• Manage and prioritize multiple client engagements and deliver high-quality service in a timely manner.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff and interns.
• Identify and communicate tax planning opportunities to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and responsiveness.
• Assist with IRS and state tax audits and correspondence.
• Stay up to date with changes in tax regulations and accounting standards.
