Workforce Recruiter in Chandler, Arizona seeks a detail-oriented Tax Senior to prepare complex returns and provide proactive tax planning in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

This hybrid role offers a base salary up to $105K. You will prepare and review federal, state, and local returns for individuals and entities, supervise junior staff, perform tax research, and maintain strong client relationships while staying current with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Master’s in Taxation or CPA license preferred.
• 3+ years of recent tax experience in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state tax laws.
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
