• Location: Boca Raton, Florida 33431 (local candidates only please)
• Full-time position – In-office (no hybrid / other options available)
• Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 base salary range; bonuses; commission on business brought to Firm; benefits including health insurance, 401(K) with match, PTO and paid overtime

Ideal candidate will be experienced, friendly, organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task. With a big firm mentality but in a small firm / laid back office, the team works collaboratively to provide the best possible personalized service. Managing Partner / Principal of the Firm works closely with all team members and clients.

• Bachelors in Accounting required (Master’s degree in Accounting a plus)
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant public accounting / tax focused experience
• CPA or enrolled candidate preferred but not required
• Knowledge of preparing tax returns, payroll processing and QuickBooks is required
• UltraTax and CaseWare experience is a huge plus
• Paperless environment; selected individual must be comfortable working on and around the computer
