Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Targeting trainer to support USCENTCOM J2 Directorate through instruction of Targeting. Your curriculum will influence senior leaders' decisions and strategic outcomes across the Intelligence Community.

Work schedule is an 8 hour day shift in a civil service style office environment. You will develop, deliver, and maintain training materials and assessments, ensure security clearances, and manage learning management system records.

Qualifications

• 8 years of targeting experience required.
• TS/SCI withpoly security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree is the minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and present training on intelligence topics for USCENTCOM personnel.
• Create, conduct and document training needs surveys and courseware.
• Manage LMS enrollments and track completion, including prerequisites.
• Prepare course descriptions for the catalog and LMS; update updates.
• Achieve instructor certification and annual recertification; provide kinetic targeting training.
