Job summary

GRVTY seeks a Target Analyst Reporter to produce intelligence products for critical national security missions at Fort Meade. You will research, analyze, and report via appropriate channels, supporting Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance, and CNO.

You will prioritize information from passive/active collection and collateral sources, issue timely reports on trends and indicators, and perform quality control and releaser duties to ensure mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Analytic Editor qualification/experience required.
• Report Releaser qualification/experience required.
• Senior Reporting Authority qualification/experience required.
• At least seven years in two or more areas (BS STEM accounts for 4 years).
• Vulnerability Assessment experience required.
• Penetration Testing experience required.
• Cryptoanalytic work in military or IC required.
• Cryptology experience in military or IC required.
• At least one year in two or more areas listed below.
• File Hashing and Fuzzy File Hashing experience required.
• Experience with intrusion detection tools (Snort, BroIDS).
• Packet capture/evaluation tools experience (tcpdump, Wireshark, NOSEHAIR).
• Network mapping/discovery tools (nmap, TRICKLER).
• Industry standard system/network tools (netcat, netstat, traceroute, rpcinfo, nbtscan, snmpwalk, Sysinternals).
• At least two years in one or more areas: exploit development for Windows/UNIX/devices, software reverse engineering, RAM/memory analysis, IPv6 networks, TS SCI w/ Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Produce intelligence products by researching, analyzing, and reporting.
• Support Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance and CNO.
• Prioritize, assess, and report information from multiple collection sources.
• Issue products that relay developments, trends, and situational awareness.
• Perform content quality control and product releaser tasks.
