Job description

Summary

The Senior Talent Researcher powers Chobani’s most important hiring through deep company research, market intelligence, and proactive pipelines. Sitting within our Talent Intelligence function and reporting to the Senior Director of Executive Search, you will focus on company research and intelligence, market mapping, proactive pipelining, and talent scouting — supporting confidential executive searches while also delivering Talent Intelligence across the broader Talent Acquisition team.
This is a hands-on, research-forward role. You will turn the labor market into insight — who the talent is, where it sits, what it costs, and how Chobani compares — and translate that into mapped landscapes, warm pipelines, and scouted prospects that give recruiters and hiring leaders a real edge. You will partner closely with executive recruiters on our most senior and sensitive searches, and share intelligence, maps, and pipelines that raise the game of the whole team.

Responsibilities
Company Research & Talent Intelligence
  • Conduct deep company and market research — org structures, competitor landscapes, talent flows, compensation benchmarks, and emerging-talent trends.
  • Turn raw market data into clear, decision-ready intelligence for executive recruiters, hiring leaders, and the broader TA team.
  • Track target companies and talent pools over time, maintaining a living view of where relevant talent sits and how it is moving.
  • Build and maintain research assets — market maps, org charts, talent landscapes, and competitive briefs — that the team can act on.
Market Mapping & Proactive Pipelining
  • Design and execute market maps for priority functions, levels, and locations across Chobani’s brands.
  • Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and hard-to-fill roles ahead of demand.
  • Partner with recruiters to translate open and anticipated roles into targeted search strategies and prioritized prospect lists.
  • Keep pipelines warm and current — organized, tagged, and ready so the team can move quickly when a role opens.
Talent Scouting & Engagement
  • Identify, research, and scout high-potential and hard-to-find talent through creative sourcing across a range of channels and tools.
  • Craft compelling, personalized outreach that represents Chobani well and generates genuine interest from senior and specialized talent.
  • Conduct research-driven profiling and initial qualification to assess prospects before handing off to recruiters.
  • Deliver a professional, engaging experience to every prospect you touch.
Partner Across the Team
  • Support executive recruitment by researching, mapping, and pipelining for confidential and complex senior searches.
  • Extend Talent Intelligence support across the broader TA team — sharing insights, maps, and pipelines that lift the whole function.
  • Maintain data hygiene and accurate records in the ATS/CRM and research tools so intelligence stays reliable and reusable.
  • Contribute to building the tools, templates, and processes of a growing Talent Intelligence function.
Requirements

Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in talent research, sourcing, or talent intelligence — in-house or within an executive search firm.
  • Hands-on experience with market mapping, company and competitor research, and building proactive talent pipelines.
  • Experience scaling rapidly expanding Commercial organizations
  • Strong sourcing skills across a range of tools and channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market databases, and creative sourcing techniques).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn research and data into clear, usable insight.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines at once.
  • Strong written communication and personalized outreach skills.
  • Sound judgment with confidential and sensitive information.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting executive or senior-level searches.
  • Experience with talent intelligence / market intelligence tools and compensation benchmarking data.
  • Experience in a high-growth, multi-brand, or consumer/CPG/food environment.
  • A genuine interest in building diverse pipelines and inclusive scouting practices.

Core Competencies

  • Curious and investigative — energized by digging into companies, markets, and people.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a bias toward turning data into insight.
  • Proactive and self-directed; comfortable building pipelines ahead of demand.
  • Organized and reliable, especially with data and confidential information.
  • A strong communicator and collaborator across recruiters and hiring leaders.
  • High integrity, especially with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Mission-aligned with Chobani’s values and culture.
