As a senior partner, you will leverage data, market insight, and networks to build pipelines, influence workforce planning, and ensure a brand-worthy, equitable candidate experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience recruiting engineering, construction, or other technical talent relevant to an EPC environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into recruiting strategies using market insight, data, and informed challenge.
• Experience sourcing passive talent through multiple channels and developing clear candidate assessments.
• Experience building trusted partnerships with hiring leaders, Business HR, and interview teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive end-to-end recruiting strategies aligned with OPD's business and talent needs.
• Partner with hiring supervisors and teams to align on talent needs and define success.
• Assess candidates using human judgment and develop views on values, motivation, and role fit.
• Independently lead complex or high-priority searches balancing priorities and candidate experience.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies using market insight, data, and networks.
• Build talent pipelines through community outreach and employer branding.
• Use recruiting data to surface trade-offs and influence long-term hiring decisions.
• Create a brand-worthy, inclusive candidate experience while maintaining accurate recruiting data.
• Apply sound judgment to recruiting risk, legal requirements, compliance, and HR policies.
