Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is hiring a Senior Specialist, Talent Operations to serve as a senior operational authority for the expanded Talent organization.

This role owns data accuracy, vendor relationships, and end-to-end PO processes to enable Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Culture & Inclusion, and L&D teams. The position is based in Sleepy Hollow, NY with an onsite work model of four days per week.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field plus 5+ years of experience in program operations, event management, HR/People operations, procurement administration, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in procedure writing, auditing, HRIS/TA systems, or vendor management.
• Experience owning or administering a purchase order, procurement, or budget-tracking process.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics for enterprise-facing Talent events and continuously improve event playbooks for consistency across teams.
• Serve as escalation point for complex logistical, vendor, or stakeholder issues with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee post-event logistics, asset management, and reporting to track attendance, spend, and outcomes.
• Own and administer the purchase order process for the Talent organization, ensuring data accuracy and integrity of PO and spend records.
• Advise stakeholders on procurement policy and vendor contract considerations, and improve PO workflows and vendor management practices.
• Prepare metrics, analytics, and dashboards on spend to support budget decisions and flag risk early.
• Own data accuracy and integrity across the Talent portfolio’s operational infrastructure.
• Resolve escalated inquiries from Talent teams requiring deeper program knowledge.
• Mentor less experienced coordinators and associates on tools, systems, and processes.
