You will manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with business leaders, and use data-driven approaches to optimize metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition within healthcare or clinical research.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence in a complex org.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tech; data analysis skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in TA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand talent needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process with aFocus on candidate experience for hiring managers.
• Use data-driven metrics to evaluate metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external sources to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Stay current with TA trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
