This person will be responsible for managing full life cycle recruiting efforts across our Learfield business units. This individual will identify, engage, assess, and secure the industry’s top talent while advancing our brand across multiple talent pools. This role will also consult and advise hiring managers and candidates through the Learfield selection process. They will build and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers across the business. Successful candidates will be able to proactively develop and nurture passive and active talent pools to execute the near and long-term recruiting vision at Learfield.
