Qualifications

• 8-10 years’ experience recruiting in large, complex global companies.
• Experience recruiting for corporate functions (Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Communications, Performance Excellence, among others).
• Track record of recruiting for executive-level roles such as Directors, Senior Directors, and Vice Presidents.
• Working knowledge of Federal compliance guidelines (i.e., OFCCP).
• Proven experience recruiting and presenting diverse candidate slates to promote an inclusive workplace.
• Working knowledge of HR/TS tools and technologies and candidate tracking systems.
• Ability to sift through internal applicant pools and streamline recruiting processes.
• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Desire to act as an internal employee career advisor.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and business partnering skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
