Job summary

WSP in the U.S. is looking for a Principal Tailings Engineer to provide geotechnical services and manage mining projects. The role can be based anywhere in the U.S. with expected travel of approximately 15%.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering and at least 12 years of relevant experience. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in geotechnical engineering, preferably with mining projects.
• Currently registered or immediately eligible for registration as a PE.
• Design experience in Tailings Storage Facilities.
