Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking a seasoned TAA Strategist – Fixed Income to generate actionable insights across global fixed income markets. You will lead top-down research, develop tactical views, and communicate recommendations to portfolio managers and clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with analysts, PMs, and traders in a hybrid work setting. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in multi-asset or fixed income investing, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to present clear investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 10+ years in multi-asset investing, tactical asset allocation or fixed income.
• Strong experience in fixed income research, strategy, or portfolio management.
• Deep understanding of global fixed income, macro/credit fundamentals.
• Ability to generate differentiated investment ideas and actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with market data/tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to defend views.

Responsibilities

• Develop tactical investment recommendations across global fixed income markets.
• Lead research using Macro, Fundamentals, Valuation and Sentiment framework.
• Translate research into overweight/neutral/underweight with rationale and risks.
• Monitor market developments and reassess as conditions evolve.
• Harness research platforms and collaborate across teams to uncover insights.
• Develop indicators, dashboards, and tools for monitoring markets.
• Collaborate with quantitative research to incorporate signals and models.
• Present recommendations to portfolio managers and committees.
