Job summary

AGE Solutions is seeking a Senior Tactical Communications & Coalition Interoperability SME to support DoD initiatives. You will provide operational and technical expertise in tactical communications, joint C2, data links, and multinational interoperability in deployed and contested environments.

The role requires significant military experience, TS clearance with SCI eligibility, and a master's degree, with hybrid work and onsite Fort Meade presence as needed.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and current TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Master's degree and DoD 8140 role experience or equivalent.
• CompTIA Security+ or approved DoD pathway confirms proficiency.
• 15+ years related military tactical communications/interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior advisor on tactical comms, C2, data links, and coalition interoperability.
• Assess requirements across commands to identify capability gaps.
• Evaluate Link 16/22, VMF, JREAP and related standards.
• Develop use cases, criteria, and assessments for new tech.
• Coordinate with DISA, Joint Staff, and industry partners.
