Job summary

TSPi is seeking a Tableau Developer to collaborate with business owners to define, develop, and improve data visualization projects across health systems strengthening, global development, education, housing, and environmental compliance.

You will lead data visualization projects, document requirements, create and maintain data infrastructure, develop front-end UI, and mentor junior developers through the visualization process while ensuring accessibility and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Tableau expertise with advanced visuals and dashboard formatting.
• Experience with SQL for analysis, validation, and data verification.
• Database experience: Snowflake, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, AWS RedShift.
• Translate needs into technical requirements; strong communication skills.
• Experience creating mock-ups in Figma or PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changes.
• Ability to obtain security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead data visualization projects and document requirements.
• Develop data visualizations for internal, client, and public audiences.
• Ensure dashboards meet accessibility requirements.
• Normalize data for visualization; work with data across projects.
• Create data transformation processes using SQL.
• Provide training to the team on the solution.
• Serve as a resource to project staff in all phases of development.
