Staffing Spot, Inc. is seeking a Senior Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for business insights in Columbus, Ohio.

You will partner with stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions. You will optimize SQL queries, connect Tableau to data sources including data warehouses, and publish dashboards on Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud, ensuring performance and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer.
• Experience connecting Tableau to databases and data warehouses.
• Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into technical and visualization solutions.
• Publish and manage dashboards on Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud.
• Collaborate with data engineering on ETL, data models, and pipelines.
• Prepare technical documentation and dashboard specifications.
