Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, human resources, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of talent acquisition experience with 2+ years managing strategic projects.
• Experience leading executive-level searches with deep sourcing expertise.
• Strong collaboration in a matrixed organization and data-driven planning.
