Job summary

Stellar Solutions seeks a Senior Systems Test Engineer to lead test activities for next-generation strategic SATCOM capabilities in a Government environment. You will drive verification, integration, and evaluation across space, ground, cryptographic, and software domains, coordinating with Government customers and contractor teams.

The role requires 12+ years of DT&E experience, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex requirements into rigorous test plans and evidence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in test, verification, and system integration for defense programs.
• Experience with developmental test and evaluation programs.
• Ability to translate requirements into test objectives and verification evidence.
• Experience with Test Readiness Reviews and system-of-systems testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead test, verification, validation, and system integration activities for SATCOM capabilities.
• Plan, execute, analyze, and report DT&E activities and readiness.
• Translate requirements into test objectives, procedures, and verification evidence.
• Coordinate test activities with Government customers, FFRDCs, and contractors.
