The Advanced Technology Group at NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Systems Software Engineer to develop advanced computational methods for semiconductor manufacturing and design in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Work with leading technologists to build industry‑leading advanced computational methods for semiconductor manufacturing and design.
• Exploit GPU capabilities to dramatically accelerate these software solutions.
• Support the cadence of semiconductor innovation by accelerating yield and time‑to‑market.

Qualifications

• MS (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of research or industry experience.
• Track record of innovation, such as invention of computer algorithms.
• Experience developing and delivering complex software for semiconductor fabrication or design.
• Experience scaling software to efficiently utilize millions of compute hours and process petabytes of data.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and internal benchmarks. The base salary range is $152,000 – $241,500 USD for Level3 and $184,000 – $287,500 USD for Level4. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
