Job summary

Jobtailor in Beavercreek, OH seeks a senior security engineer to lead design and implementation of secure IT infrastructure, perform threat analysis, and guide incident response. You will develop controls, conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, and research new security technologies.

A Top Secret clearance is required. You will mentor junior engineers, document breaches, and ensure compliance with NIST/ISO 27001, while communicating effectively across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Security, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or related Engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in IT security or a related field.
• Expert understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Experience with security frameworks and standards such as National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), ISO 27001.
• Current/Active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.
