• Assist in transforming business processes and operational tools to enable global excellence.
• Prepare short and long-range plans, expansion, regulatory, and manpower needs.
• Gather, organize, and ensure data accuracy for operating plans and engineering analysis.
• Work with management to ensure suppliers and hired services comply with policies and authorities.
• Ensure all documentation complies with FedEx requirements.
• Assist in improving productivity, service, and cost performance in operations.
• Support special study teams on productivity and performance projects.
• Assist in engineering projects and studies under engineering management.
• Conduct research and evaluation of emerging technologies and methodologies.
• Assist project plans, communications, and project status to stakeholders.
