Protech Solutions seeks a seasoned Systems/Network Administrator to maintain HQ network and systems in Little Rock, AR. You will analyze, plan, and implement OS, server, and network changes, mentor staff, and collaborate on projects from initiation to production rollout.

The role emphasizes security, disaster recovery, performance tuning, and cross-team coordination in a fast-paced government-oriented software environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Systems/Network Administration experience required.
• Experience with MS Server 2008/2008R2/2012 and Exchange Server 2003/2010/2013.
• Knowledge of AD, GPOs, backups, and disaster recovery best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical advisor and guide project teams on architecture and operations.
• Maintain and tune OS, applications, and network infrastructure for performance.
• Implement security, back-ups, DR planning, and documentation standards.
• Support operations during project lifecycles and production cutovers.
• Occasional evenings/weekends as project needs arise.
