Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or computer engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, testing, and deployment of voice infrastructure.
• Collaborate with network engineers and telecom engineers on integration activities for telephony or call center.
• Support system upgrades, patching, and configuration of voice platforms and security controls.
• Participate in the system security accreditation process and certificate management for secure systems.
