Job summary

Xmstart is seeking an experienced full-time System Integrator (SI) to support government customers in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on high-level experimental prototyping of system-to-user analytical processes and providing guidance across the system life cycle.

The successful candidate will have extensive Intelligence Analytics experience, a TS/SCI with Poly, and a background in systems engineering/integration with data automation and data science skills. Onsite work culture is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive Intelligence Analytic experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Experience as System Engineer or System Integrator.
• Experience with data automation analytics and data science techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level experimental prototyping of system-to-user analytical processes.
• Provide guidance and support to government customers on the systems life cycle.
• Lead end-to-end systems integration prototyping and data automation.
• Collaborate with team leads, program managers, and acquisition professionals to validate strategy and feasibility.
• Identify risks and opportunities and monitor schedules and dependencies.
