Qualis LLC is seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to design, develop, and implement integrated hardware and software solutions, ensuring seamless communication across diverse systems. The role emphasizes documentation, testing, and continuous improvement to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities include requirements analysis, integration planning, and technical coordination with suppliers and government entities to deliver reliable, scalable systems for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Over 10 years of systems integration experience with hardware and software interfaces.
• Experience with networking protocols, APIs and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Concept exploration and prototype development.
• Requirements definition, validation and verification, tracking.
• Documentation development and support for technical and acquisition activities.
• Develop SE process flow tools for project management.
• Develop trade studies and system integration analyses.
• Configuration Management (CM) activities.
• Lead technical reviews and independent verification & validation (IV&V).
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and government organizations.
• Support logistics and integration planning with cross-functional teams.
