Tom Trese Networking LLC in Germantown, MD is seeking a customer-facing Systems Integration Engineer to own the integration, testing, and troubleshooting of EO/IR payloads within customer platforms. This role serves as the technical bridge between the engineering teams, U.S.-based customers, and prime contractors.

You will lead end-to-end system integration across hardware, software, and mechanical interfaces, supporting deployments, field service, and training.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, or related field) is required.
• 3+ years in systems engineering, integration, test engineering, or field engineering roles.

Mansioni

• Lead integration of EO/IR payloads into customer platforms.
• Validate payload-to-platform interfaces (power, data, mechanical, communications).
• Troubleshoot system-level issues across hardware, software and interfaces.
• Support deployments, field service, and training activities.
• Coordinate with prime contractors and internal engineering teams.
