Job summary

SimVentions, Inc is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support TTWCS software design, including requirements, interfaces, and architecture. The role requires active DoD-related experience and strong system engineering capabilities on weapon/control systems.

The candidate should have Navy program exposure and be proficient in leading documentation, design reviews, and interface management while collaborating with IPTs and SRMBs to deliver robust weapon system solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems engineering experience focused on requirements development and management of software systems, including DoD weapon/fire control systems.
• 2+ years with Navy surface or submarine shipboard weapons/fire control systems (Tomahawk or related missile systems).
• Experience in requirements definition and initial/detailed system design activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and create requirements (SSS, SSDD, SRS, HRS) for weapon system capability and functionality.
• Determine impacts on weapon systems, requirements, and design during development.
• Resolve CR/PR discrepancies between design docs and system functionality.
