Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 8+ years of experience or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience with the systems development process: requirements capture, design, integration, verification/validation, production.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering and toolchains (DOORS, CAMEO) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, architect and design total system products across concept to disposal.
• Translate customer requirements into hardware/software specs through decomposition and verification plans.
• Oversee system integration, verification, validation, cost and risk analyses, and supportability.
• Lead bid and proposal efforts and work in a classified lab environment.
