Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Spacecraft Operator to support mission-critical national security space operations from the Palm Bay facility. The role involves day-to-day TT&C operations, telemetry analysis, and coordinating with multi-site teams to ensure mission success.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on TT&C experience, the ability to develop operational plans, and strong communication skills for briefings with program leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Eligibility to obtain interim Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Experience supporting spacecraft or satellite operations in SOC environments.
• Perform TT&C activities, including command execution and health monitoring.
• Conduct telemetry analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
• Prepare and validate spacecraft commands and post-command verification.
• Develop and maintain day-to-day operational plans and procedures.
• Coordinate across geographically separated teams and with customers.
• Deliver technical briefings to leadership and engineering teams.
• Provide remote support to the primary mission operations location.
