Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to drive technical solutions for complex problems in advanced systems development. Location is Boulder, CO or Dayton, OH, with a focus on OPIR mission area for USSF.

The role requires leading requirements analysis, architecture design, integration, and testing while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams. Minimum 5+ years in systems engineering, active security clearance, and experience with Agile development and MBSE tools are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field; Master’s preferred.
• Active Secret Clearance required or within scope.
• Experience in system requirements analysis and architecture design.
• Proven experience with MBSE tools and DoD processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis, architecture design, integration and testing.
• Coordinate with program office and end-users to document operational concepts and stakeholder needs.
• Support SW development teams in design of system architectures to meet requirements.
• Mentor staff and drive process improvement within the SE team.
