Cambridge International Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support DoD missions in Riverside, CA. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and includes responsibilities across evaluation, integration, and testing of advanced C4I systems.

This full-time position may be CONUS/OCONUS, with an expected July 2026 start date. Base salary ranges from $92,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze C4I communications capabilities, focusing on system performance and interoperability.
• Assess C4I infrastructure capacity and identify improvements to meet mission requirements.
• Analyze integration of radar, sensor inputs, and IP-based communication systems.
• Support engineering efforts for system upgrades, enhancements, and technology refreshes.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues across AMOSS, ISR, and telecom environments.
• Provide technical recommendations to improve reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Support configuration management and system baseline control processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams for seamless integration.
• Assist in installation, testing, and validation of new systems and enhancements.
• Participate in technical reviews, engineering assessments, and mission planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements, procedures, and system standards.

We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support operations in Riverside, CA. This position is contingent on contractaward, with an expected start date in July 2026. This is a full-timeCONUS/OCONUS position requiring an activeDoD Secretclearance.

Thisposition may besubject to theService Contract Labor StandardsAct(SCLS)/Service Contract Act (SCA).

The base salary range for this role is$92K - $150Kannually, depending on geographic location and experience. The final offer will be based on relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.

WhatYou’llDo

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in evaluating, analyzing, and integrating complex communications systems and infrastructure to ensure interoperability, performance, and reliability across mission-critical environments, that serve U.S. government missions overseas/the Cambridge corporate office.You will:

Office setting:

• Primarily an office-based role in Riverside, CA

• Standard desk/computer work with flexibility for walking and movement on site.

• Must be able to work in an office environment, sitting at a desk, looking at a computerfor most ofthe workday.

• Work is physically comfortable; the employee has discretion about sitting, walking, standing, etc.

• May berequiredto travel short distances to offices/conference rooms and buildings on site.
