Job summary

Nightwing is seeking an experienced System Engineer (SE 3) to support CODEX in a hybrid role based in Annapolis Junction, MD. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI with poly clearance and U.S. citizenship.

The role emphasizes Scrum Master duties within an Agile lifecycle and system engineering documentation development. The candidate will manage system requirements, support developers with diagramming and documentation, and coordinate cross-discipline reviews while contributing to IPT design

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 20 years of SE experience; five additional years may substitute for a degree.
Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment across the software development lifecycle.
Contribute to the development of System Engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans and Interface Control Documents.
Manage system requirements and derived requirements to align with the system architecture.
Assist developers in translating technical work into diagrams or documentation as needed.
Coordinate action items from CCB, design reviews, and program/test reviews requiring cross-discipline coordination.
Participate in an Integrated Product Team to design capabilities considering development and operational factors.
