The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer - Product Owner to join our Government Vehicle Health Management Systems (GVHMS) team in Hazelwood, MO.

This dynamic team contributes to cutting-edge vehicle health management solutions that enhance mission readiness and operational efficiency across multiple high-profile aerospace platforms. The role offers a unique opportunity to lead efforts in lab testing, requirements development, and advanced Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) practices. By driving system integration, testing, and verification, the Senior Systems Engineer will ensure seamless performance and adherence to stringent customer standards while collaborating with a diverse group of talented software developers, test engineers, and external partners. Position Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and system lifecycle plans

  • Be responsible for the integration of the components of the GVHMS system to successfully meet customer requirements
  • Coordinate with the customer on a regular basis
  • Document team plans and status, develop meeting agendas and presentations
  • Analyze process compliance and actively work on improvements

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Ability to Obtain U.S. Secret- Interim Pre-Start & Final Post Start
  • 14+ years of experience have in systems engineering (requirements definition, allocation, verification, architecture design and trade design)
  • 3+ years of experience building stakeholder and customer relationships
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects and/or teams
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • Experience of Agile Development
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by influence
  • Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

Summary Pay Range for Senior (Level 5): $164,900 - $223,100
