Job summary

Alexandria Insights, Inc. is seeking Systems Engineers (Stafford, VA) with a strong technical background in acquisition programs.

Responsibilities include supporting PMs and engineers, developing documentation and reports, and performing analyses across design, testing, and integration activities. The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, 5–10+ years of experience depending on level, and a DoD SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field; 5–9 years for mid level or 10+ for senior.
• Experience with SETR events and related documentation is required.
• Expertise in design, evaluation, planning, testing and operation of complex systems is required.
• Experience with requirements traceability and decomposition into specifications and test plans is required.
• RAM, FRACAS, and TIR analyses experience is required.
• Cybersecurity and architecture product development experience is required.
• Experience with integration/interoperability and Marine Corps Enterprise Architecture is required.
• DoD SECRET clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Assistant Program Managers, Team Leads, Project Officers, Systems Engineers, and Test Specialists.
• Develop and revise acquisition engineering documentation.
• Develop reports, briefs, and documentation related to programs in the portfolio.
• Conduct technical assessment and evaluation of Prime Contractor deliverables and architectures.
• Assist with the development of technical specifications.
• Develop Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and participate in SETR processes.
• Assist in planning, execution, and reporting of test events and evaluations.
