The Staff Systems Engineer will lead system architecture, requirements, and verification activities across the product lifecycle to sustain and iterate products while driving safety and performance improvements. You will work with R&D, quality, regulatory and manufacturing teams, performing data-driven analysis to solve complex hardware,

Qualifications

• Proven track record in defining, developing, testing, and troubleshooting electro‑mechanical, firmware and software systems.
• Experience driving system-level performance analysis to guide product design and decisions.
• Strong communication across stakeholders to align teams and remove blockers.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements definition of system, subsystem, interface requirements and design outputs with cross-functional teams.
• Lead data analysis on product performance and propose data-driven solutions for system-level issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for field and manufacturing issues.
• Plan and lead system-level characterization testing and verification & validation testing.
• Mentor junior engineers as the team grows.
